1. Object

1.1 www.lashes-brows.ch is operated by Lashes & Brows by Nataliya Reinhard.

1.2 These general conditions of sale are applicable to orders of products made by Internet with Lashes & Brows by Nataliya Reinhard. By placing an order with Lashes & Brows by Nataliya Reinhard, the consumer (“the Purchaser”) accepts the application of these General Conditions.

2. Order

7. Delivery

7.1 Deliveries are made by post or by the shipping service commissioned by Lashes & Brows by Nataliya Reinhard. Deliveries are made in Switzerland.

7.2 If the Buyer does not take possession of the goods sent by post within 7 (seven) days, Lashes & Browsing by Nataliya Reinhard may automatically consider the order canceled and recover the goods. The price being paid, it will be returned to the Purchaser after deduction of the costs linked to the return of the goods.

8. Transfer of risk

10.7 The Buyer agrees to receive invoices in electronic or paper form.

11. Product verification

11.1 The Buyer must check the delivery as soon as possible
